Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking proactive, energetic, and career-oriented individuals for the position of Sales Executive. This role is ideal for candidates who want to break into the tech industry, have a strong enthusiasm for sales goals, and are eager to grow within a passionate team environment.
The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their needs, establishing strong relationships between the developer team and clients, and coordinating internally to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work Location: On-site (Must attend a physical interview & work on-site)
Shift Schedule
Roster Duty:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Evening: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Night: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and understand their needs clearly
- Build and maintain a flawless relationship between the developer team and the client
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless delivery
- Provide fast responses to clients' queries and messages
- Handle multiple clients simultaneously at the same time
- Actively learn about data analytics, bookkeeping software, machine learning, Python, and Facebook ads
- Consistently meet monthly KPI targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Candidates currently enrolled in any educational institution need not apply.
Experience Requirement
- Candidates with marketplace experience (such as Fiverr) will be given priority
- Basic knowledge of accounting and data analysis is preferred
Key Competencies
- Excellent fluency in English (both spoken & written)
- Fast typing speed to respond to client messages (25–35 WPM in English)
- Strong enthusiasm for learning, team spirit, and achieving sales goals
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients under roster shifts
- Willingness to work completely on-site (not a remote or part-time job)
