Foreign Client Communicator

Job Summary

Fire AI is Looking for 8 Foreign Client Communicators to Join Our Dynamic Sales Team. 

Preference will be given to those who have basic knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or any other CMS.

Office Hours: (Roster Duty)
07.00 AM - 3.00 PM                          
02.30 PM - 11.00 PM                          
11.00 PM - 07.00 AM  

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals based on the client's job requirements. 
• Respond to queries and maintain marketplace terms & conditions. 
• Provide feedback and follow up with clients to confirm orders. 
• Facilitate mutual understanding between parties. 
• Contribute to sales efforts by effectively communicating the value proposition. 
• Maintain a database to track tasks and liaise between clients and operations teams. 
• Facilitate seamless communication and coordination to meet project objectives. 

Preferred Qualifications

• A polytechnic diploma or a bachelor's degree in CSE 

Experience Requirement

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or client communication will be considered an added advantage 

Key Competencies

• Typing Speed - Minimum 25~35 wpm (English). 
• English fluency, excellent communication, and collaboration skills are a must, as you have to work with foreign buyers. 
• Education - A polytechnic diploma or a bachelor's degree in CSE is required. (Freshers are encouraged to apply.) 
• Ability to generate new sales and close deals. 
• Collaboration with a cross-functional team, time-sensitive, and a growth mindset is preferred
