Full Stack Sales Representative
Job Summary
ScaleUP Ads Agency is seeking motivated and fluent English-speaking individuals to join our on-site sales team. This role involves communicating with international clients, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable digital solutions such as websites, mobile apps, or AI services.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into long-term clients. You will be responsible for handling client interactions, conducting meetings, following up on leads, and maintaining professional relationships to ensure business growth.
This is a full-time, on-site position with rotational shifts (including night shift), offering a structured career path with performance-based growth and learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries across our sales channels professionally and promptly
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right service (website, app, or AI solution)
- Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed clients
- Clearly explain service offerings, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Schedule and conduct meetings or Zoom calls with potential clients
- Maintain professional, policy-compliant communication at all times
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the pipeline
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term satisfaction
- Prepare basic project briefs based on client needs
- Work closely with team leads and management to hit sales targets
Experience Requirement
Key Competencies
➤ Fluent English speaking and writing skills (top priority)
➤ Typing speed of 40+ WPM
➤ Technical knowledge in any of the following:
- CMS Website Development (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace)
- Custom Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- AI Development / AI-powered Solutions
➤ Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
➤ Ability to work independently and within a team
